Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Qualifies for: Total reimbursement minus handling charges
Duration of Processing: 5-7 working days
Handling Fee: £50 for card payments
Terms: Cancellation must be requested formally via email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Qualifies for: Half the total cost of the charter
Duration of Processing: 7-10 working days
Handling Fee: £25 subtracted from the refund amount
Terms: Cancellation requires a legitimate reason; administrative expenses incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualifies for: No reimbursement available
Exemption: Consideration may be given in emergency scenarios
Alternative Offer: A voucher for a future charter may be provided at the discretion of management
Terms: Documentation is required for claims related to emergencies
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Our paramount concern is safety. Should the weather be deemed dangerous for sailing by our qualified captain, we present flexible alternatives:
- Complete Refund: Issued in full if rescheduling is unachievable
- Reschedule: Change your booking to another available date at no extra cost
- Charter Credit: Issued with a one-year validity from the date of the original charter
Weather Assessment Process
Our evaluation of weather involves:
- Analysis of wind patterns and velocity
- Assessment of wave magnitude and oceanic conditions
- Forecasts of visibility and precipitation levels
- Notices and warnings issued by the Coast Guard
- Safety evaluations performed by a professional captain
Timeline for Decision: Decisions regarding weather cancellations are made at the latest 4 hours before the planned departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Conditions
We are sympathetic to medical urgencies. Special considerations may be given under the following conditions:
- Sudden medical incidences or injuries necessitating hospital care
- The passing away of a close family member
- Unanticipated military obligations
- Jury duty or legal summons
- Natural calamities impacting travel
Required Documentation
For consideration of emergency refund requests, please submit:
- Evidence from a medical institution or certification
- Death certification (when applicable)
- Verified military instructions
- Legal notice or jury obligation
- Official advisories or emergency proclamations
Processing: Emergency reimbursements are completed within 3-5 business days following submission of the necessary documents.
Operational Cancellations
Technical Problems
Should the yacht designated to you encounter mechanical failures that cannot be immediately resolved:
- Substitute Vessel: We'll attempt to arrange an equivalent replacement
- Complete Refund: Furnished if no acceptable substitute is found
- Partial Refund: Given if the substitute vessel has a differing rate
- Compensation: We may provide additional accommodations for the inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
In the unusual event that certified crew is not available:
- A replacement crew will be provided if feasible
- A full refund will be offered if the charter cannot proceed
- Option to reschedule at no extra charge

Method of Payment
Returns are issued using the original method of payment:
- Cards: Within 5-7 working days
- Direct Bank Transfers: Within 7-10 working days
- Cash/Check: Within 3-5 working days

A £50 charge for cancellations made beyond 72 hours before the charter
Bank Transfer Handling
A £25 charge on all bank transfer refunds

Charter Credits
Issuance of Credits
In certain cases, charter vouchers may be assigned as an alternative to refunds:
- For cancellations occurring within less than 24 hours' notice
- If a cancellation is due to weather
- Upon voluntary requests to reschedule
- Due to operational interruptions
Terms of Credit
- Validity Period: 12 months from the date of issue
- Non-Transferability: Cannot be transferred to others
- Amount: Equal to the full value of the charter without handling fees
- Application: Can be used for any available charter
- Expiry: No extensions possible past 12 months
Refunds for Partial Services
Disruptions in Service
If your cruise is disrupted or ends early due to reasons we control:
- A refund calculated on the unused portion
- A voucher for the same value for a future booking
- Free upgrades or other perks
Problems Caused by Guests
If a cruise must end early because of guest behavior or infringement of safety measures:
- No return for the period not used
- The complete payment is still required
- Potential extra charges may be incurred

We will acknowledge your demand within a day, review against policy standards, communicate our verdict within two days, and carry out sanctioned reimbursements within mentioned time spans.

- All solicitations for refunds must be submitted in a written format
- Reimbursements are effected in £, regardless of the currency used initially for payment
- We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance
- This policy may change with a notice period of thirty days
