1. Introduction
Welcome to UnitedGlobalNetworking ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of our yacht charter services and our website at unitedglobalnetworking.sbs (the "Service"), which is administered by UnitedGlobalNetworking.
When you reserve a charter or utilize our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you not accept any section of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the Service.
2. Service Overview
UnitedGlobalNetworking offers elite yacht charter services, which include but are not restricted to:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate events
- Exclusive gatherings
- Extended charters
We are committed to service availability but reserve the flexibility to change or end any services without prior notification.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a charter, you are obliged to:
- Have no less than 18 years of age
- Supply up-to-date and complete details
- Remit the requested deposit as stipulated in your reservation confirmation
- Adhere to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Your reservation is validated exclusively upon our receipt of the payment and our subsequent written acknowledgment. We retain the right to decline service to any individual at our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
All charters are contingent on the vessel's availability and suitable climatic conditions. We will endeavour to accommodate your requested dates and hours.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All our fees are detailed in £ and cover all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. The prices can be subjected to alterations without any prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the overall cost of the charter due at the time of reservation
- Remaining balance: Due 48 hours ahead of the charter departure
- Additional fees (if necessary): Due upon charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept most major credit cards, bank transfers, and validated cheques. Payment processing occurs through secure, encrypted platforms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Over 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement minus processing expenses
- Between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Refund of 50%
- Less than 24 hours before departure: There will be no refund
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In case the weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our Captain, we will provide options to:
- Reschedule your charter for another date at no extra expense
- Issue a full reimbursement if rescheduling is not feasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If there are mechanical malfunctions with your designated vessel, our effort will be to present a comparable alternative. Should no alternative be available, we will offer a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Regulations
All individuals on board must:
- Obey all directions from the crew
- Utilize the provided safety gear as needed
- Notify of any health conditions that might impinge on their security
- Stay in the areas of the yacht designated for passengers
6.2 Prohibited Articles
The items listed below are not permitted on the yacht:
- Containers made of glass
- Illegal drugs
- Guns or any sort of weapons
- Excessive amounts of beverages beyond reasonable consumption
- Pets (except if given prior authorization)
6.3 Behavior
Everyone on board is expected to behave in a mannerly way. We preserve the authority to terminate a charter prematurely, with no refund, in cases where a guest's behavior constitutes a safety threat or impairs the pleasure of other attendees.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Responsibility
Our accountability is confined to the fee you paid for the yacht charter. We are exempt from liability for:
- Any personal injuries arising from your neglect
- Damage or loss of your personal belongings
- Any indirect, unexpected, or penalizing losses
- Delays attributed to weather or scenarios out of our operational control
7.2 Insurance Policy
Comprehensive marine insurance policies are maintained, covering our fleet and operational activities. Charter customers are advised to procure their own travel and personal insurance arrangements.
7.3 Risk Acknowledgment
By engaging in our yacht chartering, you recognize the innate hazards of maritime activities and accept full liability for your personal security and health.
8. Alterations and Schedule Variations
We hold the right to alter itineraries, paths, or timetables in response to climatic situations, safety necessities, or other operational needs. We will make the effort to ensure comparable alternatives are provided wherever possible.
9. Unforeseen Events
We will not be held responsible for any holdups, cancellations, or required changes that arise due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not confined to:
- Extreme weather
- Catastrophic events
- Legal ordinances
- Harbor shut-downs
- Unexpected mechanical failures
10. Confidentiality and Information Security
Your private data will be handled following our Privacy Policy. By partaking in our service, you give consent to the collation and utilization of your data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
Proprietary content on our website, such as text, imagery, trademarks, and icons, is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, dissemination, or the production of derivative works are not permitted without our explicit consent.
12. Applicable Law
The governing law for these Terms will be that of United Kingdom, with any disputations to be arbitrated in the courts of Southampton, United Kingdom.
13. Amendments to Terms
